Skycom TOT560 Mini OTDR adalah sebuah alat berbasis optical-elektronik yang mampu membaca/mengukur karakteristik kabel optik.
Skycom TOT560 adalah berdasarkan radar optik, dengan menghantarkan denyutan sumber optik (biasanya laser) ke dalam satu masukan serat optik yang sedang diuji dan mengukur waktu yang diperlukan untuk dipantul balik pada penerima.
